These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Summit Solutions Roofing & Construction ("Summit Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") website and the roofing and construction services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services We Provide
Summit Solutions provides residential and commercial roofing and exterior construction services, including roof replacement and installation, roof repair, storm and hail damage restoration, commercial roofing, free roof inspections, and construction and remodeling such as siding, gutters, fascia, and soffit. Estimates and Agreements
We provide free, no-obligation inspections and written estimates. Work is performed under a separate written agreement that specifies the scope, materials, price, and schedule for your project. If anything in these Terms conflicts with your signed contract, the signed contract controls.
Payment Methods and Currency
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as cash, check, and financing for qualified applicants through our lending partners. All prices, estimates, and transactions are quoted and processed in United States dollars (USD).
Payment Security
Card payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems. Information submitted through our website is transmitted using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption to protect your data in transit.
Deposits, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy
Some projects require a deposit before materials are ordered or work begins. If you cancel before we order materials or start work, your deposit is refundable, less any costs we have already incurred on your behalf, such as custom-ordered materials, permits, or engineering. Once work has begun, amounts for completed labor and installed materials are non-refundable, though your work remains covered by the warranties below. The specific cancellation and refund terms for your project are set out in your signed contract and, where applicable, honor the three-day right to cancel provided under Texas law.
Warranties
We back our installations with a 30-year manufacturer warranty on shingles and a lifetime labor warranty covering workmanship and material defects. The labor warranty does not cover damage caused by future storms, hail, or wind, which are handled through insurance and our storm restoration services. Service Delivery
Our services are performed on-site at your property within our service area of Texas, Oklahoma, and South Florida. After your inspection and signed agreement, we schedule your project and confirm the timeline with you. Most residential roofs are completed in one to two days, weather permitting. Severe weather, material availability, or unforeseen conditions may affect scheduling, and we will keep you informed of any changes.
Promotions
From time to time we may offer promotions, discounts, or seasonal offers. Each promotion is subject to its own stated terms, including eligibility, expiration date, and any limits. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated, have no cash value, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
Legal and Export Restrictions
We provide services only in the areas where we are licensed to operate, and all work is subject to applicable local building codes, permitting, and homeowner or property-owner authorization. Our services and any related goods are offered solely within the United States and are not available for international sale or export.
